Simply visit our product page, choose the item you’d like to customize, and upload a high-quality photo of your pet. After placing your order, we’ll work on creating a custom design for you, which you can approve before we proceed with embroidery.
How do I choose the best photo?
For the best result, choose a clear, high-resolution photo taken outdoors in daylight. Avoid photos with harsh shadows, and pick one that shows your pet’s features and personality, capturing the details that represent your pet the most.
Can I request changes to the design?
Absolutely! We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the design before we start embroidery. Once you approve the design, we will proceed with the production.
Can I request more than one pet portrait on a single item?
For items like sweatshirts and t-shirts, we can embroider up to 3 pet portraits to ensure the best result. For hats or smaller small items, we recommend just one pet portrait. If you have other ideas or would like to include more pets, feel free to contact us at hello@fuzziebit.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!
What is your return and refund policy?
Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order or if we made a mistake, please contact our customer service team at hello@fuzziebit.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each order is custom-made, the processing time typically takes about 5-7 business days. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it to you and notify you with tracking information.
